The
last political crisis between Serbia and Kosovo deal with car plates
and led to massive withdrawal of institutions by the Serbs.
Mitrovica-North is the most populated municipality with a majority of
Serbs in Kosovo. Since September 2021, Belgrade and Pristina disagree on
car plates, which led to putting stickers on SRB Serbian plates when in
Kosovo, and stickers on RKS Kosovo plates when they enter Serbia.
